MediaPOINTE Digital Media Recorder HD - DMR HD

The new MediaPOINTE DMR HD start the work flow process by recording and archiving digital video high definition resolution in the widely-accepted MPEG-4 format.

There are four DMR configurations designed to meet customers' needs: MediaPOINTE's DMR records one input at a time in standard resolution and can be upgraded to DMR Studio, which combines two video inputs for a multi-image recording; DMR HD records in both standard and high resolution (up to 1080p high definition) and can be upgraded to DMR HD Studio which combines up to three video inputs for a multi-image recording. Each DMR contains MediaPOINTE's proprietary CopyMe! Technology, which allows users to download content onto a DVD-ROM, USB flash drive or their PC, so users can record a session and take it with them. The new DMR HD also provides a Blu-Ray option to support larger files. With this capability, educational, health care and corporate customers can easily and quickly distribute copies of their content at the end of sessions.

• The DMR products capture and stream audio/video content in many customizable formats. Salespeople can watch new product announcements live from the road, students can watch lectures they missed, and new employees can watch safety and training videos, all from their PC or iPod™.
• The DMR HD contains MediaPOINTE’s proprietary CopyME! technology- content can be downloaded onto a USB flash drive or DVD ROM.The DMR HD also provides a Blu-Ray option to support larger files. With this capability, users can quickly distribute copies of their content anytime...anywhere.
• The DMR HD automatically posts recordings to the MediaPOINTE Ensemble content management server so that users can easily find and view content- YouTube for your organization. See MediaPOINTE Ensemble data sheet for more information.
• Video-On-Demand (VOD) functionality can be extended to the base and Studio versions of the DMR HD as a software option. Users can operate their DMR HD as a Video on Demand player to access live events or recorded content from other DMR’s or DMR HD’s.

• Education: Record presentations, lectures, class projects, debates,and staff meetings. Automatically post content to school server or MediaPOINTE Ensemble where staff and students can watch content from their PC or iPod device.
• Healthcare: Create video based training by recording HD video of medical procedures and mock surgeries. Stream the surgery footage to medical facilities around the world.
